James Rudolf

James oversees all business operations for Glacier Peak and provides equity research, trading and portfolio analysis for both investment strategies. He draws on his eleven year banking, real estate and finance experiences in New York to offer a unique perspective on value and risk analysis. Prior to joining Glacier he worked at Morgan Stanley in Seattle after moving his family from New York in 2011. He is a 2001 graduate of Middlebury College with a B.A. in political science.

 

Paul Misleh, CFA, CPA

Paul is the lead portfolio manager for the Glacier Peak U.S. Value Fund. Prior to co-founding Fortis Capital Management in 2014, which was merged into Glacier Peak Capital in 2018, Paul spent nine years at Ernst & Young LLP focusing on business valuation, financial statement investigation, auditing and financial due diligence. At Fortis Capital, Paul served as Director of Research with a focus on analyzing overall market conditions, sectors, geographies and researching and investing in individual securities. He is Treasurer of DADS, a non-profit service entity, and on the board of University Kiwanis Foundation. Paul is a Summa Cum Laude graduate of the University of San Diego and with his wife Emily is active in Greater Seattle community and business affairs.

 

Mike Boroughs, CFA, CPA

Mike supports the investment and operations teams for the Glacier Peak U.S. Value Fund. Prior to co‐founding Fortis Capital Management in 2014, which was merged into Glacier Peak Capital in 2018, Mike helped found and serve as associate portfolio manager and equity analyst at Glacier Peak Capital, a spinoff from Summit Capital Group, a registered investment advisor. Mike graduated as Valedictorian from the University of San Diego and began his career as an auditor for Ernst & Young LLP, where he earned his CPA and specialized in financial statement investigation. At Glacier Peak, he focuses on portfolio management, research and advising clients on financial planning. Mike is a committee member for the Virginia Mason foundation, board member of Teleois and active in the Greater Seattle community with his wife Melissa and two young girls.
